Annual administration fee

• Audit fee - External auditor charges starting from $385 including GST for most standard SMSF audit

• Preparation of super fund financial reports and income tax return - The price will vary depending upon the level of  activity in the super fund and the quality of your record keeping.

Overall you are looking at total $1,600 for small to $5,000 for large fund. Most median sized fund you are looking $2,200 per annum. For new engagement the price will be quoted before commencement of work.

Additional annual costs payable

• ATO Supervisory Levy is $259 for 2023/24 financial year

• Annual ASIC fee of $65 for Special Purpose Superannuation Trustee Company if the SMSF has a corporate trustee
